The Committee on Political Subdivisions moves to amend the
bill on page 1, line 15, by striking everything after the enacting
clause and inserting in lieu thereof the following:
"That the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended by
adding thereto a new section, designated §11-2-12, to read as
follows:
ARTICLE 2. ASSESSORS.
§11-2-12. Access to PF-11 and PF-12 forms.
A county assessor shall provide to a person, who is a licensed
real estate appraiser under article thirty-eight, chapter thirty of
this code, copies of PF-11 and PF-12 forms for a fee of $3 per
form: Provided, That the assessor shall redact from the copies of
information pertaining to security systems, home safes and other
information that may jeopardize the security of the property or any
possessions therein."
